Do not recommend

Room was dirty. Empty Gatorade bottles under bed, bathroom shower broken, used soap bar in bathroom, dirty towels, and cockroaches in room. Also woke up and was notified a lot of cars were broken into.

Good service / room needs some TLC

Check in was quick and easy. The clerk was friendly and efficient. Went to our room and my Daughter went to the bathroom immediately. She noticed the toilet was a little greasy and had to wipe it before using it. The previous guests undergarments were still hanging on the shower bar as show in pic. We weren't comfortable staying in that room so we went back to the desk. Same gentleman helped us and apologized for the experience. He took a picture of that I had on my phone to discuss with housekeeping. Again he was courteous and professional and got us into another room immediately. Our new room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool which was clean and the same desk clerk brought us some towels. It was a nice gesture and made me feel better about our stay. Price was great as we decided to stay last minute after going to SeaWorld.

TV did not work, they did not have towels, room smelled like weed, sheets were dirty, we called a couple times to check on the tv and they never showed, i said I needed another room but apparently none had working tv, i wanted to relax and we had a terrible night could not find another room since everything was sold out, definitely bad experience.

I had a great week staying at the Red Roof Inn the staff were helpful whenever I needed something the overnight managers Lupe and Isai nice employees, the housekeeper Marina is a good worker. 😁

Poor Cleanliness and dishonest inn keeper

I ask the inn keeper for early check price. He quoted $30 but charged my card $60. I was told I would get reimbursed for $30 in a couple of days and has not happened. The hall rugs were filthy with no signs of rug shampoo in decades The rest room rod was hanging on its last screw and bath tub filthy when we got the room.

Don’t recommend!

Stayed for 2 months. No housekeeping, cockroaches, lots of broken stuff that they said were going to fix but never did, no hot water for over 2 weeks so we left early. Had to keep getting our card swiped every morning. This place is disgusting.

Why advertise a kitchenette when you have no pots, pans, plates, cups, or utensils of any sort?!?! Also, no in-room coffeemaker. Very disappointed. This post-COVID policy of only weekly cleaning appalls me! I'm also embarrassed to have to beg for every roll of tp!

Orbitz should have scouts that go and inspect the property. I don’t think it should be an option on Orbitz. Reserved it because I relied on the fact that Orbitz is reputable but never again. I should’ve done it on another site. The total price should be refunded because it was literally the worst experience.

This property is in need of an overhaul. The property is not well maintained. There are so many that are not up to par. Additionally, when we checked in and were told that our room was ready, we went to check our amenities only to find that the beds looked like they had been slept in and the room was not clean. I took a video of it all and showed it to the front desk. I asked for a refund for our stay and was assured that I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Overall, the hotel appears to be a place we’re individuals pay to live there. Lots of unsavory characters.

The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

My rooms i booked were given away. Then they charged me more money for different rooms then after we checked in the room was dirty, no cable, no hot water, the following day when i got back to the room. Nobody cleaned my room and still no hot water. After i was told it would be fixed. And they kept lying to me. And even when i complained about my room not being cleaned. They said wait till the next day and once again no cleaned room. And the office doesn't care. I will never stay there ever. I guess before you check in go check and make sure everything works

I am not even picky but man I’ve never seen or been to a property bad as this property, Disgusting as soon as you go in there it has a awful smell, dirty towels on the lobby floor, Floor all dirty & cracked, be carful walking there you might crack a tile. I had to wait 30 mins to check in because there was one lady working the front desk. Once I was helped the lady that helped me very bad presented like if she just worked up from bed, Not only that she was very rude and confusing my rooms with another guest . Well once I got my rooms, they where very awful bed sheets NOT washed but very well done ! Both my rooms had the awful smell, floors dirty no towels, no paper cups, microwave did not work. I went back down & asked to cancel & get a refund. This place is not family friendly! I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt when I read the reviews, Well yea here’s my review. Do NOT book this place. Believe the reviews 😣

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are dirty and in disrepair, the AC doesn’t work, TV doesn’t work and rooms are roach infested.The staff is rude and unknowledgable. There were at least 6 other guests that were having same issues as me when I was speaking with Mgr about my issues. The Mgr, Lupe, said there was nothing she could do and would not cancel and refund my booking even after speaking with Expedia Rep who authorized it. Mgr stated that the owner, Patel Properties, does not allow bookings to be cancelled before their 4 am room audit as it affects them negatively. Owners prefer to have Expedia refund the customer, so Mgr cannot process a refund in house. There is fraud going on with their business practices. One guest who arrived paid cash for his stay and after being given several unacceptable rooms, asked to cancel his booking and was told he would have to wait for refund to process thru business and they'd send him a refund check...he just handed them cash...why could they not cancel booking and return his cash???? Shady business, thats why. The entire property is filthy and in disrepair. The carpets throughout are disgusting, stained and smell of mold. THIS IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS. Mgr complained about staff being paid under the table and that's why their work is done so poorly and she is the one who gets blamed. She said to wait for Expedia to handle it for me. I have photos of room conditions & video of Mgr stating she could not cancel my booking and refund me

Hotel over all wasnt bad rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. They need security, my truck had my windshield busted out and so did another the first night i was there. But thats san antonio for you.

They first gave me a room that was being occupied, then room they gave me was dirty hairs all over the sheets and linens were stained no shampoo or conditioner products and there were roaches too I guess you get what you pay for.

Good room, bad area

Room was good, nice kitchenette. Sons truck was broken into in the parking lot and although under a camera, it was apparently not working so we had to go home early with a busted out window. Cops don’t even come out to take pictures when you make a report.
