The pool is also remotely heated by host, payments must be made before host will start heating. The charge to heat the pool is $50/24 hour period. (Requires at least a 5 hour notice to heat properly).
There is a $50 pet fee per pet per stay, if pets are not disclosed prior to booking the penalty for undisclosed pets is $150 per pet per stay.
