  • Very unique spaces in this spectacular house both inside and out!! Our backyard firepit is surrounded by peppered gravel, lush artificial grass, hanging lantern baskets, string lights, gas grill, charcoal grill and plenty of firewood all sorted out for you. Oh and a covered patio with 2 ceiling fans, Foosball Table and plenty of cushioned chairs. Inside you will find bedrooms with 10 to 12 built-in dresser drawers with sliding closet doors. TV's in each bedroom and 1 in the Livingroom. Mostly 9ft ceilings throughout. Tile and hardwood floors. Tiled bathrooms. Tall kitchen cabinets with a stunning backsplash and plenty of outlets. Central heat and cold air. So grab your coffee and pick a chair to relax in while you wait for everyone else to wake up.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. Our kids were able to stay entertained. We were also able to BBQ at the home allowing us to spend family time in a relaxing environment. The home all the amenities and space we needed. Highly recommended.

Absolutely exceptional. Absolutely beautiful and spacious home, with the best backyard I’ve ever stepped foot in. You could easily spend a week in San Antonio, and have the time of your life without ever leaving the VRBO. The gate around the entire house is perfect for children, and was exactly what we needed. The firepit was a blast, and the lighting made the whole backyard gorgeous. When I stay in San Antonio again, I know exactly where to stay.

Good communication from host. House was nice and comfortable. Neighborhood a little run down but we had no issues and it was quiet. Fun backyard gave my granddaughter lots of room to run and play after a long car ride. We would stay here again!

The Midnight Lantern property had everything needed for a wonderful stay in San Antonio. The backyard had an amazing area to relax with our son and family after his graduation from BMT with games and two types of BBQ grill (gas and charcoal). Conveniently located between the San Antonio city center and Lackland AFB. About a 15 minute drive to base (depending on traffic) which made the early morning commute a breeze. We had zero complaints about this home, beautifully decorated per theme with a sprinkle of St. Patrick’s day holiday cheer. Special thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating and make our visit to San Antonio one to remember!

This was one of the easiest homes to navigate with the most thoughtfully designed details we have ever stayed in. Everything was well laid out, very organized, and clearly labeled, which made settling in effortless from the moment we arrived. First family vacation and it was everything and more we could ask for. Our kiddos had so much fun with all the games in the backyard and the adults were able to just hang out and chill by the fire. Would definitely recommend and if we come to San Antonio again we will pick this house for sure!

Adorable house, well appointed

We had an issue with a lost phone, and Mike and Raquel went above and beyond to help us get checked in and feel at home. The house is lovely, it had everything we needed, and the kids loved the backyard! I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone as well. Thank you again!

Fantastic Vacation in San Antonio

Property was just as pictured. It had everything you would need for cooking/grilling. Great location for us to visit family and enjoy the city. Everything was within a 10 to 15 minute drive. We had family stop over to visit also and the backyard was perfect for adults and kids. Beds were very comfortable, TV in each room, although we were too busy to watch! We will be back!

San Antonio, BMT Graduation Loop

We were attending our sons AF BMT Graduation (in the loop). Very clean, nicely decorated and maintained. The owners thought of everything! Outdoor area has checkers and horseshoes, cornhole and little lights that give a comfortable ambience.
