This home resides in a peaceful area. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This area has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the area is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (3 cars). MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transport). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.



• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
