Welcome to River Pearl, a spacious downtown house with modern amenities! Located in the heart of the city, our three-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring all that downtown has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area upstairs and a game room downstairs with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide free high-speed internet and TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, our unique gated, spacious front yard for outdoor activities with a brand new hot tub, a gazebo, stringed lights, gas grill, fire pit, stock tank cowboy pool, seating and 4 car private parking.

Our Tobin Hill neighborhood comes with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance such as the Pearl, St. Mary's Entertainment District, River Walk, The Alamo, AT&T Center, The Alamo dome, museums and theaters...

Our home is the perfect home base for families, couples, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in downtown. We welcome families with young children. The young guests would really enjoy our spacious front yard with a cowboy pool, cornhole game, soccer ball game...

Our max overnight capacity is 10, but we think it would be most comfortable is for 7, 8 adults and a couple kids. But if you feel you can be happy with all 10 adults staying together, then you are welcome to stay with us too :))).

*** The street in front of our house just got redone by the city. It's a lot cleaner and wider compared with regular downtown street.


* Brand new renovated house, comfortable for 7, 8 adults, but could fit up to
10 people if there are children in the group.
* Unique long front yard with a lot of fun outdoors activities and private
parking spaces
* Outdoor grand space w/ gas grill, fire pit, string lights... These features will
bring you closer to those you enjoy spending time with, whether it be story
time, roasting marshmallows, or just sitting in silence as you enjoy the

Weekends getaway

Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Was perfect for our family weekend get away. Phillip and Cindy were extremely clear, helpful, and provided everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. They made the whole stay easy for us.

This is a wonderful property. Cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in a super stocked high functioning kitchen. Beds very comfortable!

Fantastic Stay

Loved the layout of the house, the hot tub, complimentary waters, the big-screen TVs, and the proximity to the River Walk. Excellent stay! Kids loved the foosball and the adults loved the great front yard.

Great set up and close to the Riverwalk and a few fun restaurants. We came to San Antonio for our son's graduation from Basic Training for the Air Force. It is about a 23 minute drive to base but going in the opposite direction of traffic. It was a very nice place to relax outdoors and indoors. Lots of great amenities, sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We walked to Salsita's for Mexican which was great. Ming's is also nearby.

House was as advertised and, surprisingly, very well stocked from coffee to the soaps and shampoos to fluffy towels. The cowboy pool was fun, we purchased bags of ice to bring down the temperature and was refreshing time together.House is close so close to all the downtown activities and The Pearl that it's cheap to stay parked at the house and lyft to where you need to go.Owner was very responsive and communicative. Can't beat this for the value compared to Valet at a downtown riverwalk hotel. Highly recommended.

Great time!

We had a great time staying at this house with family. It is in a great location to be able to walk to so many places or even a short drive to places. The house was a perfect layout and so relaxing to just hang with family when not sightseeing or doing things outside the house. I would definitely stay there again!!

Loved this house!

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The house was awesome. Very clean and loved the layout. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days with a lot of walking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Great family house!

My entire family enjoyed their stay in this very clean, organized, and well-appointed home! We joked that the owners probably had a similar "OCD" personality as me since everything was labeled and organized properly! :) I also appreciated the locked gate in the large front yard. Definitely would recommend this to other families!
