Available for stays of 30 nights or more, this fully furnished 1 bedroom suite with a loft includes free WiFi and smart TVs in the living room and loft & all the kitchen essentials! The house is centrally located in NW San Antonio and is within a 25 minute drive to USAA, Lackland AFB, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta TX, UTSA, UT Health Science Center, Hospitals, The Shops at La Cantera, Ingram Park Mall, Downtown SA, The Pearl, the Riverwalk and more.

This cozy "Mother-In-Law" suite on the back of the house has it's own private entrance and private exit/entry to the back yard. The units are completely separate and there are no shared interior spaces or doors. The back yard and front yard spaces are shared with our tenant in the front of the house.

In the living room you'll find a sofa chaise and comfy arm chair. The kitchen, including a breakfast nook with a table for 4, is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. The bedroom has a queen bed, side chair, lamps with USB charging ports and a large closet.

The loft serves as the second bedroom and features an adjustable futon which sleeps 2, a desk with office chair and 2 fun lounge chairs.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE LOFT IS THROUGH THE BEDROOM AND THE STAIRS ARE STEEP! THE LOFT HAS A MAX CEILING HEIGHT OF 6 FT.

Free WiFi and smart TVs in the living room and loft so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. accounts.

The suite has 1 full bathroom and you have private access to a free washer and dryer with laundry detergent & bleach.

Our tenant in the front part of the house has done a lot to beautify the yard and create some out door living spaces in the back yard, which they love to share!
