The room was dusty and the sheets were dirty and soiled, even blood stain. Luckily we always take our own sheets and pillow cases. The cleaners need to do a better job.

The first room that we were in has issues. The water didn't get hot, the shower didn't work, the phone didn't work, and the TV was weird. The staff was great and they moved us to another room that was better than the first.

Im a bit Embarrassed by saying I allowed a little disturbance follow me, I just couldn’t Deal with It nor wanted problems! The staff called local authority & seemed concerned about my safety & well being the rest of the time there.

The staff was nice and courteous. The property needs a lot of repairs, especially the pool area. Curtains were torn and the towels are old and thinning. I requested someone to fix my TV issue 4x's and nothing was done, Did enjoy the coffee and water.

Rooms had dirty sheets and walls of the room were also dirty. Pros of the area were that we were only 15-20 mins away from downtown, cons the area seemed a little sketchy our view outside the hotel was a wooded lot with trash all over it, of course not their fault but was not a pleasant sight. More than likely will not be returning.

We booked here because it was close to Lackland Air Force Base. It was easy getting to and from base. The hotel had very nice, helpful and caring staff. The room was just fine. The bad and shower were my favorites.

The hot water didn't really get hot. The room looked clean but the floors were covered with dust and pet hair... pet hair was also in the dust on the tables. Fan switch in bathroom was not in good repair. WiFi should have a more secure password so that its harder for those not staying there to be on their WiFi.

The checkin was poor. The staff was not helpful when there was a minor misunderstanding with reservation. No housekeeping and we were there for four days. Fair location to the airforce base.

Lackland Families Deserve Better... The absolute minimum bar for a hotel is TURN OVER A CLEAN TOILET. When I put the lid down I found an old liquid gift left by the last guest. The tub has a poor drain, so 10 minutes in the shower and you are standing in rising, ankle deep water. The tub is not leveled to drain so there is always a pool of stagnant water in its middle. There are no tub shelves. The only reachable flat surface for your soap..is the toilet..see above.. There was a partially chewed dog bone under the tv stand. Now I know the floors were not swept and now that I am spending daylight hours in the room before check-out, explains the shed dog hair...on the coffee table...(zoom in on picture below) Outside door handle remained broken throughout my stay. I met a veteran at the hot tub. He was in crippling pain and was counting on the spa jets to provide just a moments relief. His son and I looked for controls or a remote before we asked the front desk to turn them on. They said the motor was broken and could not remember a time when the jets worked. It was both disheartening and maddening. They note that the room is cleaned every 3rd day. I think they missed cleaning my room before check-in

The first room I got the lights didn’t turn on, the second room was dirty. Make up on my washcloth, possible old blood and dirt on curtains and dirty sheets. I asked for new sheets and the new ones still had nasty markings on them. Hotel is old, dark and dirty. 0/10. Spend your money somewhere else.

Our experience was horrible!! The location was not the greatest. We did not feel safe. Upon arrival we walked in to the hotel and there was a dog in a kennel with dog food, water and the whole setup. There was a bunch of broken equipment stacked up next to elevators. The elevator was disquisting and the carpet in the hotel was also filthy. The room we had been assigned was horrible. The door was so dirty and it you could see where the locks had been switched multiple times because they never repainted the door after putting the new locks. We were told they would reimburse us one night then they changed their mind and said no.

Paper thin walls. We had the lucky experience to be able to listen to the couple in the room next to us have sex 3 different times through out the night, with the last time being at 3am. Pretty sure it was a prostitute because the door was opening and closing all night long.

Lovely stay with close access to LAFB gates along with Latino food so amazing!!! All of the ladies and staff here were so kind. Enjoyed the Texas sky and sunsets from my suite.

I Wasn't expecting gourmet service, they could provide the breakfast basics like oatmeal, hot chocolate, hard boiled eggs. Easy stuff. I had to ask every day and they would bring out just enough for me, if they had it.

The property wasn't well taken care of. Run down. Had to switch rooms because of heat not working. Lack of basic things such as enough toilet paper. some of the worst coffee I had in a long time. I have stayed at country Inn and Suites before. This was by far the least liked out of any one of them.

The hotel had an odor. Once I got to my room, it was blazing hot. I grabbed a face cloth to wash my face and the washcloth was so thin it wasn’t even cleaning my face, and all the washcloths were like that. The shower was nasty and the bed was uncomfortable. Currently have bed bug bites all over me. This has to be the absolute worst hotel experience ever which is saying a lot because I travel a lot!

After a long day of traveling from California, we arrived at the property to a full lobby and waited in line with only one person to check travelers in to the hotel. By the time we got up to the hotel window to chicken we had been waiting a half an hour Then was told there was no room available for us as they were shortstaffed
