    Brand new B&B **just remodeled 2020**

    One of the most desired B&B locations in San Antonio for Getaways, Tourism, Business, Families, Military Boot Camp Graduations, and the Medical Center.

    Minutes from the Medical Center, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Six Flags, Military bases, San Antonio Zoo, the Alamo, Riverwalk, and so much more. This unit is all brick and has the best view in the community.

    This town home is ideal for families, friends, business travelers, military graduations, anniversaries, fun trips, and more. We remodeled this townhome to appeal to travelers to stay here from all across the globe with nice amenities. So many perfected details about this property here are a few highlights:

    - Granite counter-tops with lots of extra space for prep and bar stool space
    - Refrigerator with Ice Maker
    - Sierra Mattress in master (this is a $1500 mattress and is a dream!)
    - Upgraded mattress in double Bunky bed.
    - The living room sofa has a roll-out that turns the sofa into a double-size bed.
    - "Rustic" theme with custom wood walls, soffit, and pendants.
    - 55" TV in Master Bedroom and 55" TV in Living room. 32" TV in the second bedroom. All TVs are ROKU-ready for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.
    - Laundry has been added to the master closet as well as a mirror/vanity.
    - Pocket door in master bath, so guests can shower or use toilet privately while others are using sinks/bathroom (a frequent request for travelers).
    - Functional office desk with a printer that can be connected to your mobile phone
    - Infant/Toddler bed available, as well as a blow-up mattress that fits 2.
    - King Bed, Double Bed, Twin Bed, Double Bed (Sofa), Double blow-up mattress, and Baby crib all combined can realistically accommodate 10 people!
    - Vivant security alarm system with custom codes for each new guest.

    In remodeling this property it has truly become part of our family and is so neatly designed meeting the perfect blend of aesthetics, warmth, and functionality!

    If you stay for 3 days you may end up wishing you can stay for 3 weeks! This townhome has a very "at home" inviting feel.

Best Home Away from Home

Everything about this cute townhouse was perfect for our needs for a week visit with our adult kids. Location is perfect to UTSA and a short drive downtown, and to the airport. The house was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in, it has enough linens and other supplies so you are not forced to purchase anything for at least a one week stay. The owners/managers are a delight to work with. We will be staying here again!

Great place to stay. The home was clean and decorated very nice. We stayed for 3 nights Plenty of towels and toilet paper for my wife and I. The parking is great because the spot is actually tucked in behind the building. Great place and we can’t wait to stay again!

We booked here because our son was graduating BMT at Lackland. This was inside the loop and pretty close to the base. It had all the amenities we needed for a few nights stay. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend booking this Vrbo!

Cozy stay

We were in SA for a three-day swim meet, and this cozy family home was exactly what we were looking for. The place was exactly as pictured, very clean and pleasant. We were able to make breakfasts and dinners while keeping our routines being away from home. Highly recommend this place and would come back again.

Lovely home

This home was very clean, and nicely furnished. We spent most of our days out and about in the San Antonio area and then came back to the house to relax and make dinner. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and it was a very quiet and relaxing location.

Cute place, good location

We enjoyed our stay, close to the Air Force base which was why we were there. It was close to the airport and the mall and all of the activities that San Antonio offered, stores and places to eat. The little condo community was nice, quiet, everyone was friendly. It’s set up well for families also. I like that you can set the tv to your leave date and it deletes your login stuff for Netflix, etc.

Great location it was fairly close to everything, perfect size for a small family, very clean and cozy. The only thing people would neeed to know is you need to pay a pool deposit to access the pool. All in all wonderful place to stay and i would stay again!

BMT Graduation

We stayed at this cute rental for BMT Graduation and it was perfect. It is about a 15 minute drive to Lackland AFB and very close to other necessities like grocery stores and restaurants. Check in was easy and check out as also very easy. We would stay here again if in San Antonio!

Convenient to All We Needed

My niece , her youngest son and his Dad came to San Antonio to see my older (19) great nephew graduate from Air Force basic training. Just as the property description stated the townhouse was close to the Air base, River Walk, the Zoo, the airport and so many restaurants . The host was always responsive to my questions via the VRBO app. It was a great stay .
