This home is very nice and the owners have done a good job decorating but there are a few things to be aware of. Asthma/allergy sufferers BEWARE! This is an older home and apparently the previous owners were smokers. It is still in the A/C vents and if you’re sensitive it will be a problem. We paid 150 for HEPA filters to be able to spend time indoors. When I asked for an adjustment on price was told it didn’t smell when they went in after we left. Surprise. We had run 3 filters for 3 days! As our kids arrived, each commented it smelled like their grandparents old home (they were smokers).The other thing to know is that the bunk room is the converted garage. Very well done BUT it’s on the opposite side of the house from all other bedrooms which could be an issue if you have younger children. It also has a door that opens OUT (not swings in) and goes straight into the back yard with the pool. There is no fence around the pool and we had young children with us, so we also had to purchase a child lock to block this door. If none of this is a concern to you then you should enjoy this place. We cannot return because of the allergy and asthma sufferers in our family. If they update the issues we would love to visit again.
