  • Come enjoy a relaxing stay at the Masters Lake Cottage in the Texas Hill Country just minutes from Boerne. This beautiful house sits on 257 acres. Right out your back door is a private 10 acre lake stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. An additional 6 acre lake starts about 1000 feet below the dam. It also offers great bass fishing. If you like to hike, you will find miles of trails for exploring. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy, including: Whitetail, Fallow and Axis deer, Zebra, Gemsbok, Kudu, Eland, Sable, Oryx and Black Buck along with Turkey, ducks and the occasional Bald Eagles.

    This spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with a TV, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a dedicated study—perfect for families, friends, or guests who need a quiet place to work during their stay.

    Enjoy the convenience of a full-size laundry room located next to the kitchen, along with multiple outdoor spaces made for gathering and unwinding. Step outside the primary bedroom to a large outdoor fireplace, or head down toward the lake to relax around the outdoor fire pit.
