Our spacious top floor includes the master room with king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and charming private balcony. With two additional single queen bedrooms, and two full baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Place was off the beaten path and in a not so busy area. You can tell the condo was recently renovated. Plenty of room and provided everything we needed for the stay. Walking distance from Pearl district but everything else was only a short drive away.

Large house in a great location.

It was a very clean, nice, large house. Newly remodeled. Plenty of space for our 3 couples - could have easily held up to 8 people. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all major appliances.

The unit is nice, clean, and roomy. The location is excellent! It is an easy, short walk to the Riverwalk and the Pearl. The only drawback is that it is located across the street from a big construction project. There are many construction workers and vehicles around the area. However, It didn’t bother us, and it wasn’t too loud.

Amazing location - construction progress

A very short walk to the Pearl District, great location for us; but just across the street from the condo they are putting up a brand new apartment building. Lots of trucks, mud and noise during working hours. Even with this distraction, I’d still stay here again with the same conditions; just be prepared. The condo is clean, new and very comfortable! Lots of room and super nice contact, as I had trouble with the door at first and they were helpful and patient!

Nice, Modern Little House

The entire house has been recently renovated with a very nice kitchen/great room. The bathrooms were all renovatead very nicely also. All in all a very nice renovation with a cool, modern vibe. We were able to walk to The Pearly in about 5 minutes. The property is just a few blocks away from I-35, I-37 and the 281. The only problem with the property is that it is located across the street from a large construction zone. Access to the property is a little difficult due to construction traffic/workers. It’s also a little noisy in the front of the house which faces the construction. The main bedroom was nice a quiet at night, but the construction started like clockwork at 7am. We really enjoyed the location of the house, but would have liked to know about the construction. We would definetly stay here again. Would give 5 stars for “location” without the construction.
