"Clean room, close to cruise port and helpful staff. Mall with restaurants right next to hotel. Uber will take you to cruise ship. Also, quaint fishing village on the beach in front of hotel. We watched 50+ sea lions feed off the fishermen cleaning fish. We really enjoyed this hotel."

"The hotel was one of great comfort and calm. The staff were wonderful and informative. The room was well appointed and comfortable although we preferred to sit in and wander through the gardens which are extensive. The food was excellent and we could watch the kitchen staff prepare meals. The pools, saunas, hot tub were especially nice. The hotel was filled with flowers from the gardens and fresh bouquets were in every room."

"We had a fabulous stay! Hung out at the pool, enjoyed the view and our host even shared a bit of wine and knowledge about the area. The rooms were perfect, watched the stars at night and an incredible breakfast in the morning. A very wonderful experience! "

"Staff was very helpful, I am disabled and they helped a lot , Better than the high rises in Santiago. At modest price . In the center of wine country. Rooms were a bit more traditional. Food and breakfast good . "

"The owners of these little cabins were so helpful! They even came and found us to pick us up as we were walking from the cruise ship port to their location! Yes it is walkable! After our stay they gave as a ride to the bus station as well! Not fancy but very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Wifi, tv, kitchen and air conditioning included!"

"No towels at hotel no air conditioning No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."

"Glass dispensers for toiletries in the shower seems really dumb. Overall the hotel was fine. Check-in was really awkward as the young lady wanted to take me all the way to my room which felt unnecessary."
