I would not come back because they are not professionals. They just want to make you pay for everything When you book this hotel pay attention if you have a children 12 years old, they make you pay us and an extra person a minor to me. It’s 18 and under, but for them, it’s only about making money they make you pay as an adult.

I really don’t like the fact the business it’s not like you see the publicity When we have our breakfast at the morning, the dishes were dirty. The fork were not clean properly. They don’t know how to treat you as a customer. I have a bad experience I would not come back to this hotel.

Excelente estadia. Quarto grande, banheiro grande com água quente. Café da manhã atende bem. Cafezinho e água liberado 24h. Recomendo muito. Fui a pé do aeroporto. Apenas 700m.

Prepare-se para subir escadas, os quartos ficam a partir do segundo andar, fiquei no terceiro andar e o café era no quarto andar. O chuveiro quente e a cama confortável. O hotel é bem perto da praia. A noite a vizinhança é barulhenta o barulho advindo da rua atrapalha o sono. O café da manhã não tem variedade.

O hotel é simples, porém bem localizado, proximo a supermercado, farmácias, pizaria. O cafe da manha é simples, porém saboroso, ambientes limpos, quarto confortável, chuveiro excelente com agua quente. Nada a reclamar. Voltaria a me hospedar nele tranquilamente.

Nossa estadia no Gran Caribe foi perfeita. Na recepção, Monica e Esperança, muito solicitas e educadas. O quarto tinha tamanho ideal com tudo muito limpo. O hotel tem água quente, o que é melhor ainda. Eles disponibilizam café e água a vontade para os hóspedes. No café da manhã era tudo muito gostoso. A senhora Rubi, que faz nosso café da manhã, muito educada e cordial também. O hotel não tem elevador, mas o sr José ajuda com as malas. Nada negativo a falar, somente coisas boas. Ficamos com saudades de San Andrés, mas ao voltar, sem dúvidas, nos hospedaremos novamente no Gran Caribe.
