Houve uma falha de comunicação entre o hotel e o Hoteis.com, porque a proprietária falou que havia cancelado, mas não me foi informado. Fiquei na rua com uma gestante.
Sorte que encontrei outro hotel, mais caro pelo avançar da hora.
