I stayed in the suite with a view of the city. Very nice room, friendly staff, comfortable area downstairs for breakfast, close to a tram stop for access to nearby beaches.

“Superior” room not like the photos

Despite booking a Superior room we were given an old one that did not match the photos. The bathroom was not nice and not clean enough. The receptionist made us wait an hour for our room despite our arriving after the check-in time, without apology. The lobby bathrooms were also not nice.

Practically no windows. One person talks in the hotel all the rooms hears him/her. We herd baby crying whole night. Well intentioned staff but it did not overcome property shortcomings.

Disappointing

I think I got a bad room on the 4th floor. It was very noisy at night, the soundproofing is very week. The breakfast was poor and very limited.

On arrival, the receptionist failed to recognise that i have already paid for my booking in advance at the time of my booking and charged me 5400 liras, it only when i complained to expedia that i had my refund...but oddly, when i was charged by expedia, in the first place, they charged more....suggests, that the hotel put me up in a less standard room in the first place. And then on checkout, i asked for a taxi to return to the airport and the hotel asked me to pay 700 liras....but the taxi i had to get from the airport to the hotel originally costed me 220 liras.
