It is NOT a smoke free hotel, hence, one can smell smoke every where. Clean and large rooms. Noise and sound insulation is a problem.

This is a very nice place where everyone was helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was nice with variable options. The front desk in our first night was amazing ready to help and very professional. All the staff is really good and parking option is a great plus. The only thing I would suggest to change is the condition and the shower gel was either watered down or old and need replacing. But I do recommend booking this place.

The hotel is located near the medan, shopping market, restaurants and cafés, park and sea... All at walking distance which made it perfect... The rooms are comfortable.... Clean and spacious for 2 to 3 visitors....however..we didn't have enough blankets for everyone... We asked them to provide us with a couple and they said they don't have any... Breakfast is not much and almost the same everyday...

Wir wurden vom Personal herzlich empfangen und uns wurden bei den Koffern geholfen. Das Personal hat uns zum Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Einrichtung mit den Spiegeln hat mir gefallen. Zum Frühstück gab es ein Buffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Da es uns die erste Nacht gefallen hat, haben wir uns für die Nacht vor dem Weiterflug wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden. Zwei Nächte dazwischen waren wir in einer anderen Stadt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel vom Herzen.

Leider keine 4 Sterne wert. Der erste Eindruck war gut aber er verflog. Die Bettwäsche roch alt und käsig. Es war stets laut. Zudem habe ich Leider beim essen auf ein Stück Glas/Kunststoff gebissen.... Lieber paar Euro mehr ausgeben und in ein anderes Hotel.

Average , the hotel is on the main street but the signage isn’t visible enough. Another negativity is parking. You need to give them the key and take your car away from the hotel. When I asked how far the car park the answer was , it’s not walkable distance so I had to catch a taxi anywhere I wanted to go. When I checked out they brought my car and almost parked in the middle of the road and it was risky to put our luggages into car. And the guy was expecting tip for unprofessional service.

2 gün konakladım. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Sessiz oda istedim yardımcı oldular. Otel tam şehrin merkezinde, Atatürk Anıtı (Onur Anıtı) karşısında. Otopark için otelin önüne bırakıyorsunuz otel çalışanları anlaşmalı otoparka parkediyor, aracınızı çıkarmak istiyorsanız 10 dk önce söylüyorsunuz otelin önüne getiriyorlar. Ayrıca otopark ücreti vermiyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı normaldi ve kahvaltı salonunun (en üst kat) manzarası güzeldi. Çalışanları yardımsever ve çok kibar ben beğendim açıkçası yine Samsun’a gelirsem çok düşünmeden aynı oteli tercih ederim.

Güzel ve yeterli

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Samsun’da görülecek yerlerin biri olan Atatürk heykelinin hemen karşısında. Oda ve banyo yeterli büyüklükte ve temizlik gayet iyi idi. Kahvaltı salonundan görülen panoramik Samsun liman manzarası da harika. 10 günlük Karadeniz gezimiz nedeni ile eşimle 1 gece konakladık ve memnun ayrıldık.

Clean room with all amenities you need. English speaking receptionist offer me underground garage fo my motorbike. In center of town. Only minus is traffic near hotel. Good traditional Turkish breakfast. Will come again!
