8.4/10 Very good! (1,777 reviews)
They charged almost 100 additional to what I paid on Expedia for "amenities" when I asked what that included they said sheets, towels, wifi things like that. There was no free water in the room or a coffee maker. They did have bottled water for 10 bucks. There wasn't even a view and it was in an extremely noisy section. There was banging and yelling at all hours. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this hotel

Great base for exploring New York. Check in was easy and hotel staff welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed for our New York holiday. Storing luggage on our last day was super easy.
