"A lovely property, peaceful, well-kept with lovely clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Delicious restaurant perfect for the evenings. Parking is also very convenient. Will definitely stay again!"

"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero.
Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica.
Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes.
Free security parking in front of building.
Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV.
Piero and Giussi (sp?) were always ready to give help and suggestions for the area."

"Ci siamo trovati molto bene, pulito, ordinato, kit cortesia all'arrivo e generi di prima necessità, come il caffè lavazza in cialde molto gradito. Possibilita di usare la lavandera, vompresa nel prezzo, incluso saponi e altro. Posto panoramico, e parcheggio interno con cancello elettrico con telecomando. Assolutamente consigliato. Il proprietario Lorenzo una persona accogliente e disponibile."
