Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot fault anything really. Even when we struggled to find parking, the staff were kind enough to add the underground carpark to our key card!

Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi.
