Luxury chalet at the foot of the slopes with swimming pool, spa & hammam - Samoens

Enjoy a unique and tailor-made experience in the heart of the Northern Alps in this exceptional chalet. L'ermine is the most luxurious chalet in the Grand Massif and, as such, has been on the cover of the magazines Images (Winter 2021), Maisons Côté Est (Summer 2023) & Maison et Jardin (September/October 2023). Located in the hamlet of Vercland in Samoëns, it has been entirely designed and fitted out by a renowned decorator.

Ski-in & out: at the foot of the brand new 10-seater Vercland gondola (direct access to the Grand Massif area with 265+km of slopes).

The chalet has been designed according to the latest decoration trends and is composed as follows:

- Ground floor: large entrance with ski room (incl. boot dryer), wine cellar, guest toilet, laundry room (with washing machine & dryer) & Wellness area (fitness room, heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current swimming & hydromassage jets, hammam & shower) with access to the terrace and mountain view
- 1st floor/garden level: 2 double master suites with terrace, living/dining room area of 80 m2 (fireplace) with ultra-modern open kitchen, triple access to terrace
- 2nd floor: 3 double master suites with balcony and 1 quadruple family suite (1 double bed + 2 bunk beds)
- Terrace of 150+m2, lounge area with magnificent view of the Criou, the Bourgeoise and the heights of the Cirque du Fer-à-cheval and therapeutic outdoor spa for 6 people
- Landscaped garden of 1'000 m2 (including 600 m2 of lawn), carport with charging station for electric cars, outdoor parking

We provide you with many DVDs & BlueRays, 55" OLED TV, PlayStation 4, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Canal+ & wifi throughout the chalet.

The chalet is 1.5km from Samoëns, 5 minutes from the leisure centres of the Lacs aux Dames de Samoëns or the Lac Bleu de Morillon.

A security deposit of € 3,000 is required either by:
- cashed cheque
- Bank transfer
- Pre-authorization by credit card (with the concierges on arrival)

In addition, a deposit of €500 is to be given to the concierges on the day of entry into the chalet. It will be returned on the day of departure.

A taxi is waiting for you at the train station or airport. The Grand Massif Concierge takes care of your transport to the chalet. You are the only passengers and can start your stay in a friendly atmosphere.

Ski rental at home. No waiting in the shop, new and top-of-the-range equipment, personalised advice, adjustments and fittings at the chalet. Our concierge can also take care of ski lesson and ski lift reservations so that everything is ready as soon as you arrive.

- Race @Home
Your groceries delivered to the refrigerator on arrival. Provide your shopping list or send a copy of your last drive, the Grand Massif Concierge will make sure to get as close as possible to the products you want.

- Restaurant@Home
If you don't want to cook every day, plan for the week or have delicious recipes delivered day by day based on fresh products. There is something for everyone. Breakfast, half board or full board, treat yourself to a "real" holiday.
