Great room includes new stacked-stone fireplace that changes colors at the click of a button--sooo cool! Big 55' screen TV and comfortable Pottery Barn furnishings. Chef caliber GE Cafe appliances in an all new kitchen. Hand cut travertine stone throughout the master bath with a luxurious deep soaking tub. Whether you are visiting family in the area, working on contract in Seattle or Bellevue or just looking to get acquainted and visit the sites, this home offers quiet, centrally located accommodations.

1) New 700 sf deck has been completed at last!
2) House is 60 feet from the East Lake Sammamish Trail that navigates the lakefront. Great for walking, biking. Local Pizza Pub & convenience store is a 5 min. walk. Or 25 min walk to Issaquah.
3) Access to Lake Sammamish via several spots: State Sammamish boat launch is 1 mile south. Lake Sammamish State Park is 2 miles south. Sammamish Landings Waterfront Park/day dock is about 5 mins. drive north.
4) Pine Lake Park is another popular swimming area, 2 miles east of the house.

Perfect Location

This was a wonderful place to stay with the perfect location - close to walking paths, shopping, restaurants. It was very well decorated, equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and it had an incredible outdoor entertaining space. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful lake view on the trail

We love the boathouse! Lots of sun and beautiful view upstairs. The house itself is well outfitted, cute decor and comfy beds. Really convenient for walking our dog as the trail runs right by the house. And Lisa was super communicative and helpful.

Great accommodations for our family

We stayed here with our adult children and three grandchildren while we were in Washington for a family birthday party. The Boathouse was perfectly comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and host Lisa was so accommodating. Great property, great location, great host. Easy choice to stay here if you are in the east Seattle area. Beautiful views of Lake Sammamish, great walking/biking trail at the end of the property driveway, easy access to grocery store, etc..

Family weekend

A lovely home for a lovely holiday

Well appointed home with comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, living room with fireplace. Host was most welcoming and had great recommendations. Our family enjoyed visiting together for the holiday and had some great walks and talks on the lake pathway. Thank you for your hospitiality!

Communications with Host was outstanding. Easy access to Issaquah, Redmond, and Sammamish. While not directly on the lake location was extremely close, the lake Sammamish trail was steps away. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful Lake House

Very clean property, with nice view of the lake. We were in area for a family reunion and was convenient to everything in the area, right next to walking path. Has a wonderful deck, but due to weather, we only gazed longingly at it! The windows from sitting area inside were a good backup! Will definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

Cozy yet roomy

The boathouse is very spacious and has a great view of the lake. It’s also close to groceries, gas, and restaurants for a low key vacation. It can be a little hard to find at first if you arrive at night, but that’s due more to there being not much light in the town along the roads than the property itself.

We had a wonderful time.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the things that we needed during our stay. The large deck was a game changer for us as we enjoyed socializing and just enjoying the view. Lisa was very responsive to our needs and was quick to reply to our inquiries. We liked having the bike/walking path literally right outside our door. And restaurants and shopping were just a short drive away. We fully enjoyed our stay.

It was great except one bathroom is upstairs and one is downstairs, so you have to share the bathroom if you both stay upstairs. The view of the lake and the walkways were fabulous. the owner was very nice.

Great Stay at the Boat House

Pre trip communication with owner was good. The instructions for staying in the house were very informative with directions, code, eating recommendations, etc. Nice trail around the lake for morning walks. Very peaceful and the beds were very comfy. Weather was not good for using the deck, but did get to sit out on one evening. Great place!

Fantastic location and host

We mostly hung out to visit with friends from out of town and were looking for a great view while we did it. The property was lovely and the view exceeded expectations. It's quite conveniently located, with a gym and the grocery store about 5-7 minutes away and other amenities even closer. The host was responsive and awesome. Kitchen worked well for cooking all meals needed.

Perfect Place with Spectacular View!

Everything that you would ever want in a vacation house - immaculate yet cozy interiors, spacious deck, and just about every convenience you can think of. We stayed for ten days in November and had everything that we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Lisa went out of her way to make our stay extra special including a Fall centerpiece for our table. Perfect place for families - lots of spaces for TV watching, board games, and conversation.

Relaxing Boat House Cottage with Modern Rustic Charm

I stayed at this cozy boathouse cottage on Lake Sammamish during a work trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, new, and well-maintained, with a perfect blend of modern rustic lake cabin vibes. It had ample room for two, but could easily accommodate a few more. The deck was great for dinner or just relaxing in the afternoon sun, and the property is right next to a walking and biking trail. Lisa, the property host, was responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended for both work and leisure stays!

Cozy and Bright

We LOVED the Boathouse!! Lisa is a wonderful host and had this place so cozy and bright inside, it’s very welcoming. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with all the basics, the beds are comfy and the big windows and siding door lead you out to a large deck filled with gorgeous flowers, lake view and beautiful sunsets! Lots of dining options nearby and water access just down the street. 10/10
