"Room was quite old fashioned but clean. For price I was expecting a bit nicer room. "

"Cracks all in the room, no air conditioning and the food wasn’t very nice for breakfast, it had all flakes and seasoning all over it. "

"Overall a great place for families with pleasure beach being about 15 min walk. Tram stop located within 5 minute walk also provides access to the whole of Blackpool. Staff very friendly and helpful nothing was too much of an ask. Both breakfast and the food menu our very limited and there isn’t much variety. This is same on kids menu. Hotel was very clean and modern. Room itself is standard size clean with a big bathroom. Very clean and modern again. Only downsize is there isn’t much storage room. Our toilet seat was faulty but when we mentioned it they where quick to apologise and said they’d get maintenance to sort it. Parking is limited and if you want to park in the car park it’s £12 pounds a day. There is free parking outside the hotel on the road but it’s very limited . Overall though excellent value for money and a pleasure staying. "
