The hotel is located on the front of park and there is no traffic, easy to go around the old part of town. The reception and restaurant staffs were very helpful and nice. The hotel is quite new and room condition good and clean.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious, safe. Location was a bit hard to find. Not easily accessible as one has to walk a bit as the road in front of the hotel is a pedestrian street.

We loved our stay at Aliz and would recommend staying! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially “Tony”. Rooms were large with a terrific shower and the area is quiet was you are on the park. The one thing to note is you cannot take a car directly up to the hotel as it is on the park but is a very short walk to the street. If visiting Samarkand, this is a great hotel option!

The hotel is located in a park, so it is green and shaded all around. There are a few restaurants in the park, so dining is close-but there is also a restaurant in the hotel that was quite good! Everything was spotless, and the staff was great. Tony was working the desk when we arrived and was always ready with a smile. He also gave us great recommendations. The only downsides are the lack of an elevator and the fact that taxis have to drop you off about a block and a half away. I'd say it is a minor inconvenience for the old world charm and the fantastic staff. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean hotel with an amazing staff! The hotel is in an historic, renovated building retaining its old charm and design, while still having up-to-date amenities. But the staff were what stood out to us the most. They were extremely hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Great breakfast and nice rooms (shower was very nice). The hotel is situated on a lovely park in a nice area (note the street is a pedestrian-only street so car pick-ups/drop-offs are from the next street over or on the boulevard). A few good restaurants within walking distance; about a 15-minute walk from the Gur-i Amir Сomplex and about a 25-minute walk from Registan Square.

I had a great stay. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is newly renovated to a high standard and my double room was very well appointed. The locality of the hotel is quite and next to a lovely park. There are also restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance to many of the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, very tasty and plenty of variety. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again without any hesitation.

There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second.

Sehr saubere Zimmer und Unterkunft. Das Frühstück ist gut und der Service immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig sind Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man muss ein paar Meter durch einen Park laufen zum Hotel, jedoch ist es dadurch sehr ruhig. Den Pool kann man pro Tag eine Stunde mieten und ist sehr erfrischend. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Les chambre sont très grande, spacieuse, luxueuse, lit immense et confortable. L'hotel est neuf. Petit dejeuner tres bien. Piscine no. Teste car en rénovation. Personnel poli et serviable (réservation de taxi). Possible de rejoindre amir temur à pied (10 min) le rejostan est un peu plus loin mais accessible en se baladant.

Muy bello y tranquilo con excelente infraestructur

Hotel muy nuevo y bien mantenido en el medio de un bello parque. El único inconveniente es que los taxis no pueden dejarte en la puerta y hay que caminar los últimos 50- 70 metros, pero no es grave.
