"The amount charged bore no resemblence to the amount advertised as the price doubled for a 4 person occupancy. This was not clear from the website. We could have rented a simislar property for a month for what we paid for 6 days. When we arrived the property owner had no information from VRBO about our booking and payment. "We really enjoyed our stay. It was more than we needed. We’d like to come back with more people. There was nothing to complain about. If I had any suggestions at all would be to provide floating chairs for the dip pool. It was so nice to cool down after our golf games but being off our feet would be great. The other was to maybe have a small coal bbq. There is so much fresh seafood that I would have loved to bring back to grill. That’s not a complaint just a suggestion. It was a great stay"

Centara Grand Beach Resort Hua Hin

Centara Grand Beach Resort Hua Hin

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Hua Hin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us every single time with big, warm smiles that instantly made us feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that we will never forget. The highlight of our visit was the special dinner organized by the incredible team at COAST Beach Club & Bistro and they helped moved us to new rooms for better experience when requested without question! They went above and beyond to prepare and arrange a beautiful celebration for my wife’s 50th birthday. Their attention to detail, care, and dedication turned the evening into a truly memorable occasion. There are simply no words to fully describe the excellent service we experienced—not just at COAST, but from everyone across the resort. Every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness, and a heartfelt commitment to making guests feel valued. Centara Grand Hua Hin is more than just a resort—it’s a place where unforgettable memories are created, thanks to the remarkable people who make it shine."
