"Loved everything about our three nights at this hotel. Location was fantastic. Having a shopping mall and tremendous food court without going outside was the best. Sky Train and MRT right outside the door; can easily go anywhere!! Next time we are staying here for sure, and may never leave the property."

"I had an excellent experience at the Skyview Hotel Bangkok. Even though my stay was short only about 2–3 days the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel.As soon as we got there, a staff member kindly opened the door and assisted us with our luggage. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and our room was ready promptly. The staff also brought our luggage up to the room shortly after.The room itself was perfect very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional.A special thank you to Mr. Lee& M Bank, who was absolutely fantastic, along with the rest of the team who made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok!"

"This is a Dry hotel. There is no alcohol available at all. Which is fine if they let you know before hand. Its not mentioned anywhere in the information about the hotel. I like drinking on my holidays. I would have not booked it if i knew. I travel 4 months of the year for the last 20 years, and this is the first hotel ever ive been to that it doesnt have any alcohol in the premises"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip. I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me. The staff was great and the service excellent. Great location with easy access to a shuttle boat, BTS (train) and Grab cars and taxis. I would stay again!"
