"I didn’t have a shaving razor so I went downstairs and the desk person gave me a complimentary one, wrapped in plastic, from a drawer (dual blade). "

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "

"The first room we were given, the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was not heated like we were told. We were given another room on the first floor and it was very noisy and staff kept slamming doors. Also the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit offered, the eggs and gravy were watery and bread options were hard. The staff was great but I will never stay here again."

"Lobby smelled like moth balls 1st rooms bathroom was dirty they quickly changed the room and the 2nd room was better and bathroom was clean.. room did not smell like moth balls"

"We stayed overnight and were very happy with our stay . We stayed in a standard room that had microwave and a fridge. Both worked . Air conditioning was effective and we had to turn it down to keep the temp comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The shower was strong with different settings . The only issue I experienced was the hot water in the washbasin faucet . It was lukewarm and not hot . Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices . There was omelette, sausages , biscuits ( that more like a bun ) , muffins , cinnamon rolls , apple , bananas. Coffee was nice and hot and everything was plenty . All in all a very comfortable stay ! "

"This hotel is infested with German cockroaches which can multiply like crazy and they can get into your luggage or items that you have in the hotel room & be carried back to your home, so we checked out the same day we checked in. The inside hallways & dining area were also disgusting and there were huge stains all over the carpet everywhere. Hotel is gross, dirty & smells bad. "
