HYPERION Hotel Salzburg

"We had a wonderful stay for four nights at the Hyperion. It is a beautifully furnished and decorated hotel and our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. There was a coffee/ tea machine, fridge, safe, free minibar which was topped up daily and even chocolates every day! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast, which was included in our package, was lovely, with lots of choice. The hotel location was perfect! Very close to Mirabel Gardens and a short, flat walk (about 10 minutes) across the river to the old town, where the main attractions are. Probably the best thing though, was the friendly and helpful staff, who went over and above to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible."

"Parked my car in the backyard for 24 euros per day which is not bad. The rooms were clean but small. Well designed but some people might not like the dark green color. Location is great next to the train station with grocery stores. Overall the experience was good but it’s not cheap. It would have been better if the staff were a bit more friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but the selections didn’t look many."

"The hotel is close to train station and little far from the old town. It is a new building and all facilities are new. In room, there is no cold water bottle. I remember that there is neither coffee spoon nor stir in room. Overall, it is an excellent hotel."
