Cook up a meal at the park charcoal grill and take it up to the stairs to the picnic table in the sun. All paths up to the house have motion sensor lighting.

Enter the screened-in porch to get into the home. With furniture on the porch, this spot is great for an elevated view of this neighborhood. Inside, the open concept great room is perfect for a lazy day. The plush couches are easy to sink into while you stream a movie on the Smart TV. A fresh kitchen opens to the living room.
