    The space
    Swell House on Dory is designed for group time. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, and the real draw is the generous shared living: a vaulted, open top floor that flows from living to dining to a fully stocked kitchen and screened porch. Outdoor living is exceptional — expansive triple decks with built‑in benches and hammock chairs, a full outdoor bar, charcoal grill, hot tub, and a firepit area for evenings under the stars. Outdoor extras include a HUGE outdoor shower with double heads, fish‑cleaning table with hose, large three‑wheel beach cart with racks for chairs/boards, and covered parking under the house. The home sits at the end of a quiet cul‑de‑sac, one house back from the ocean, with an easy ~90‑second walk to the public beach access.
