The "heel" of Italy offers not only beaches with white sand, a crystalline and uncontaminated sea, but also villages characterized by the fascinating trulli (called pajare), cities with chiseled and pierced architecture (typical of the Baroque of Lecce) and, from the point of eno-gastronomic view, offers a great variety of Mediterranean flavors combined with the highest concentration of DOC wines of Puglia. If you love traveling to discover local scents and flavors, Salento is your ideal destination !!! The accommodation offered is a prestigious apartment, cared for down to the last detail and totally autonomous, forming part of a recently built residential complex (2018).
It is offered as an ideal holiday resort in the Marina di Salve, Torre Pali, characterized by very white beaches known as the "Maldive del Salento", by a crystal clear sea and by a high quality level of the tourist services offered that have confirmed it, also for 2019, the coveted Blue Flag award
The sea is about 350-400 meters, easily reachable on foot. At 100 m there is a playground with a fenced area dedicated to inflatable structures and sports pitches with an adjoining restaurant and pizzeria, an ideal place to let your children play in complete safety; other commercial and catering services are within 200 meters.
The apartment is finely cared for to guarantee maximum functionality and comfort of the rooms. The front and rear porch (with a glimpse of the sea) allow you to spend extremely comfortable convivial moments being suitable to host long tables in the company of your friends. The interior layout of the house offers a large living room with an open kitchen where there is also a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed which, by tilting the back, becomes a very comfortable double bed that can easily accommodate 2 children or an adult. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: in the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, on request we add a comfortable folding cot ideal for children, but also for an adult; in the other two bedrooms, which overlook the rear porch, there are in each one two single beds that can be joined according to the requests. For a total of 6 + 2 (folding bed and sofa bed) beds. The two internal bathrooms, all with windows, both have showers: in particular in the large one there is a very comfortable shower cabin. The house has 2 front and rear porches: in front of it there is a rattan sitting area where you can read, chat or watch the SAT TV. In the uncovered part in front there is a comfortable and exclusive parking space, closed with a galvanized iron gate, which in total safety can accommodate a large displacement SUV. The back porch, equipped with 2 TV SAT sockets, with a small glimpse of the sea, is furnished with garden table and chairs, with barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water. From the back porch you have access to the covered laundry room equipped with a washing machine and ceramic sink. The other two bedrooms overlook the porch with a left-hand door. The apartment is equipped with a single air conditioner positioned in the corridor, which is more than enough for the apartment being 18. 000 BTU. The environment is already fresh in itself, having very thick walls over 25 cm. The house is also equipped with a perimeter and volumetric alarm system. The house is located in a residential complex completed in 2018, but totally independent. The area is very quiet, the roads are very wide, at 100 m there is a playground equipped with inflatables, springs, where children can play in total safety being protected and fenced, in the park there is also a soccer field, pizzeria and restaurant, game rooms with table tennis, table football and billiards. At 200 m there are commercial activities: supermarkets, fishmongers, bars, takeaway dishes, pharmacy and hardware store. There is also an old church dedicated to Maria Stella del Mare. at about 350 m there are other restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, other bars and kiosks on the sea. Finally in Torre Pali there is a characteristic small tourist port, with a capacity of 150-200 boats: you can rent rafts, motorboats and book various excursions on deep-sea dinghies (like the one in the picture), or fishing-tourism activities. Finally, there are small coves where you can fish with a fixed rod or reel or do diving activities.
