  • Newly built villa in a four-family residence, with a hot tub for the exclusive use of each unit, located on a hill just 1,500 m from the sandy beach “Le Maldive del Salento” in Pescoluse.
    Ideal for families with children, couples, or large groups.
    A quiet area that stays cool in the evening, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets with a view of the sea. Large private garden! A delightful panorama overlooking olive trees and the sea… all very relaxing!
    The apartment features a large terrace furnished with a garden table and chairs, where the hot tub is located. It consists of a living room/kitchen, TV, and air conditioning in the living room, a double bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower stall, mosquito screens, a washing machine, an outdoor hot-water shower, and a barbecue. There’s a play area for children. Free Wi-Fi.
