TRULLO ELIOS is a characteristic rural building, located between the marinas of Torre Pali and Lido Marini, along the coast that leads from Gallipoli to Santa Maria di Leuca.
Not far from the house, there are the renowned beaches of the MALDIVES OF SALENTO. The structure stands on a slightly hilly region, surrounded by olive trees and typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub. The trullo is an independent structure and the swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the structure itself.
It stands on an area of almost 2000 square meters all fenced by a wall on the outside and a tall hedge inside which delimits the property allowing a refined tranquility and privacy. A jacuzzi with chromotherapy and area hydromassage has recently been installed.
Surrounded by a lovely orchard, a gazebo with a relaxation area and a barbecue oven. The trullo is tastefully furnished, and offers all the comforts for an ideal holiday. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a large living room with kitchenette. At your disposal you will find air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher.
The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area; here you can enjoy a holiday of relaxation and light-heartedness in a complex completely surrounded by greenery.
