Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

No no no no nooooo just horrible
The first 2 days were ok, then my air conditioning did not work, they would not fix it or give me another room. Just horrible service and nobody cared. Just an awful hotel. The price was good however when its that bad not worth it at all.

I had to change room 3 times and even I couldn’t find a good room with not broke things . A lot noises . They allowed local sex profissional to stay there . I left a day before my last day .

hotel com boa estrutura, porém precisa de mais manutenção, reformas, pinturas, melhorar a qualidade das TVs, com descarga dura para apertar, elevador barulhento e aparente sem manutenção (técnica e de limpeza), ar condicionado falhando, aparentemente dando curtos elétricos.

O hotel tem uma localização incrível, a vista para o mar da suite era de tirar o fôlego, piscina boa com um serviço de bar eficiente, café da manhã maravilhoso, as informações que o estacionamento é pago não ficou clara durante a reserva, a porta da varanda não estava trancando, sendo que a varanda tinha uma abertura pra varanda do quarto vizinho e a acústica do quarto muito ruim, escutávamos as pessoas conversando nos quartos vizinhos e no corredor...

O hotel está sem manutenção, porta do banheiro quebrada,com lascas. Torneira quebrada, assento do vaso tbém. Foi trocado. Cortinas sujas, limpeza precária, só melhorou depois de reclamar. Café da manhã fraco, nem manteiga tem, só margarina. Só tem bar lanches na piscina, fecha cada dia um horário. Mais tardar 21h30m. Se precisar de um chá à noite não tem. Alguns funcionários despreparados.

O hotel é bom , quarto amplo cama boa e confortável porém falta lençóis para casal e o travesseiro é péssimo e dar torcicolo ! O ar condicionado do quarto 906 não parava de vazar água e o quarto ficou todo molhado , reclamei na saída pois o quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa da praia mas é perceptível que o hotel precisa de uma ampla reforma com urgência ! Atendentes educados tanto na recepção como no café da manhã
