Apartment with suite, living room and kitchen. Split air conditioning, safe and closet in bedroom, ceiling fan in living room, pay TV, wifi, armchair and granite countertops with chairs. Two hotel-style single box beds that can be converted into double beds. Nightstand. Capacity up to 4 people. We provide bed and bath linen.
Kitchen: cabinets, stainless sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, plates, cups, cups, saucers, cutlery and various utensils.
Included in the price are daily cleaning and housekeeping except on Sundays and holidays, Wi-Fi connection and pay TV.
Electricity and gas consumption are excluded.

Acho que já tinha feito uma avaliação anterior, mas não tem problema em fazer outra. O dono do imóvel, Sr. Wilson, é uma ótima pessoa, apesar de não tê-lo conhecido pessoalmente, ele me respondeu todas as vezes que precisei. Pessoa muito honesta e seu imóvel é ótimo, com internet ótima e privativa, a tv a cabo meu filho adorou, ar condicionado, etc. Pode reservar sem medo, pois é muito bom mesmo. Adorei! Jelves

O apartamento é bem como descrito , bem organizado, limpo e bem localizado. O sr Wilson foi extremamente atencioso e solicito, desde o momento da reserva. O apartamento é bem localizado e os funcionários atenciosos, as limpezas e arrumações são diárias e bem feitas. No próprio condomínio tem um restaurante muito bom e de preço acessível, saindo pela entrada principal do restaurante ,logo a esquerda , se pode saborear uma tapioca muito bem feita e saborosa. Certamente quando precisar ir a Salvador vou procurar pelo sr Wilson para hospedagem.

Ótimo apartamento

O apartamento é limpo, organizado e silencioso. Os utensílios de cozinha e fogão permitiram preparar meu café e até um macarrão. Os funcionários são receptivos, educados e discretos. Não conheci o Sr. Wilson Sampaio pessoalmente, mas ele respondeu prontamente meus e-mails e mensagens de watsap. O prédio está numa localização privilegiada próximo a praia e ao Parque Zoobotânico da cidade. Ondina é um bairro tranquilo situado entre os badalados Barra (fui a pé) e Rio Vermelho (5 min. de ônibus ou 15 a pé). Várias linhas de ônibus passam pelo local. Fui de ônibus para o Centro Histórico e Praia de Itapuã. Também me desloquei de ônibus executivo do aeroporto para o bairro (R$ 5,30) e na volta optei pelo UBER (R$45,00). Enfim, foi ótimo ficar no apartamento do Sr Wilson e quando voltar a Salvador com certeza hospedarei no mesmo local.

Excelente atendimento desde o pedido de informações até o final da hospedagem. A localização é perfeita, no final do circuito Barra Ondina, e tanto o apartamento quanto o flat são muito bons.
