"Inundated with upsell messages before trip. Hotel staff neither responds to emails sent or answers or returns phone calls. Staff doesn't understand being VIP property or recognizes Gold members. Shuttle service only available in the morning not for when flights arrive. Don't choose if your criteria is a shuttle service. "

"We LOVED our stay at Iron Creek Bay! My son, who is 4, was so happy to feed the animals, and there was a nice big playground and large amount of land to walk around. Our room had a gorgeous view and was comfortable and clean. There is a common kitchen area, as well as coin laundry and some treadmills. Also, the restaurant on site was the best meal we had in Tasmania. Perfectly executed Kingfish with a crispy, salty skin, charred broccolini, and rich chocolate ganache with cherry glaze made from the cherries grown on the farm. Amazing!"

"Very easy check in. Great location. Only problem was the carpark is too tight, we had to leave the vehicle on the road, bad scratch and dent we assumed from the rubbish truck. "
