This unit is a gorgeously updated TOP FLOOR OCEANFRONT Condo at Ocean Club Resort. Expansive Oceanfront views from your kitchen and living area with wall to wall windows and vaulted ceilings.

The unit has 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full spacious bathrooms.
Main master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, TV & private bathroom with duel vanities, soaking tub & shower. The Second Master has a Queen bed and it's own personal TV.
The third bedroom is a fun bunk room with 4 twins perfect for kids.
Extra spacious second bathroom with large doorway is conveniently located between the two bedrooms with hallway access.

There is a beautiful outdoor HEATED pool & hot tub. There is also a kiddie pool at the main pool area.
A second pool is located on the sound side of the property where there is also a private dock that allows you to walk out over the sound!
There is a workout facility on site, as well as community grilling stations and picnic area. The community has it's own PRIVATE BEACH ACCESSES.

There is a reverse osmosis water system faucet in the kitchen for cool, fresh tasting water. Well stocked, with beautiful quartz counter tops & both drip & Keurig coffee makers.

Clothes Washer & Dryer located inside the unit for your convenience.

Nature abounds at the Ocean Club and is one of the top rated resorts in North Carolina. The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce recognized The Ocean Club’s nature preservation efforts throughout the community to maintain the coastal quality of the area and was awarded with Award of Merit for Development. Gorgeous Live oak trees from the maritime forest are located throughout property.

The property is conveniently located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, with just a 10 minute drive to either end of the island.

Accommodates up to 8 guests & 2 Parking Passes permitted (no exceptions).
Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on site and does incur fines.

Our price INCLUDES CLEANING and LINENS.
Bed sheets and one set of bath towels per sleeping space are included with your stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival so that you can begin your vacation right away!

Salter Path Vacay

Great place at the beach

The condo overlooks the ocean from the porch - a nice view for breakfast. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. Plenty of room for our family stay.

Great for the family

We had a great time at this condo. The condo was perfect for our small family and we enjoyed the amenities. The drive wasn’t too far from restaurants or stores. We had a great time!

Fabulous Vacation Stay

Description is exactly as advertised. Great communication, easy check in and perfect location. We had a couple of red flag days that prevented us from going in the ocean but the pool and hot tub were perfect alternatives. If you have children there is mini golf and go carts less than 5 minutes as well as a couple restaurants. We highly recommend for a great family vacation!

Family Wedding Weekend

We stayed at the property for a family member’s wedding across the street at Merrell Estates & Gardens, and we couldn’t have chosen a better option for accommodations! The top floor ocean view was beautiful, proximity to the venue was ideal, unit was well appointed, and the kids enjoyed the pool and beach. If we come back to the area, we’d stay here again in a second!

Perfect place!

Everything was perfect: the view from the balcony, the beach access, the clean and inviting pool, the well-stocked kitchen and beach/pool closet. We loved the location of the condo - just north of Emerald Isle, just south of Atlantic Beach. Absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Emerald Coast Great Location

The property was more than sufficient and had the absolute best views of the Emerald Coast, sun rises and sunsets. The balcony provided us with a great opportunity to experience the beautiful views and ocean. We did not experience any problems with the unit. I would go back tomorrow and again and again! Loved the area!!!

Very clean

Very clean, well organized, seamless check in and check out. The ocean was a bit rough but the family loved the swimming pool and hot tub option! That was quite the bonus. Would have preferred direct access to the beach from the room, but overall it is a great place.

Quick escape to the beach

Beautiful condo. Lots of light. Great views of the ocean waves, sunset, pelicans, and dolphins. Great location. Everything as described and seen in the pictures. Kitchen well stocked. Was a perfect long weekend by the ocean and very peaceful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!

"The great escape"

We enjoyed our much needed vacation. The property was very clean, easy to find, & had all the amenities to have a comfortable weekend. The highlight was the porch. It has plenty of space so everyone can enjoy sitting out watching the ocean. The bedrooms are small, but the bathrooms were very spacious. The living & kitchen area was very roomy & had quality furnishings which made for a comfortable stay. The family enjoyed the beach & the grandkids enjoyed the heated pool.

View was wonderful

We spent each morning and evening on the deck overlooking the ocean! Pool was wonderful, heated and clean. Beach had lots of beautiful shells. The only drawbacks were bunk bed room was tiny. Only very small kids would be comfortable there. Sofas needed cleaning, they are ivory and looked very dingy. Bed in king bedroom was very comfortable. Loved the restaurants in Beaufort and the day at Shackleford island! Great family trip!!

Ocean club condo 5⭐

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. King, queen and 4 bunk beds. Very clean with great extras. Well stocked kitchen with two coffee pots and plenty of items for preparing and storing meals. Nice balcony view of the beach with the sound just across the street. Lots of seating on the balcony. Safe and tidy property. This is our second stay at this particular condo and highly recommend it.

Family Beach vacation

Nice ocean front property! Only issue was no parking pass was left and we had to call for it. Maintenance man came and fixed patio chairs for us also.Would also suggest for owners to check cupboards as there wasn’t many drink glasses and storage bowls.We were a family of 7

Perfection

First off, let’s talk about the view. We would sit outside on the balcony and relax the comfy chairs and drink coffee every morning and the view was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and very clean. I would not hesitate to return to this property again and again. It was wonderful being just steps from the beach and our grandchildren loved the pool. We had no complaints with anything ! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything to make our stay memorable and we look forward to renting from you again.

Great location, great view but condo not well equipped

The location is great, the views on the beach and the sea are amazing. Unfortunately we had few disappointments about the condo. First the shower was very dirty when we arrived - hair and sand left on the floor. The kitchen was not enough equipped for a party of 8. We had to deal with 8 large plates for a week. Which means we had to use the dishwasher after each meal. And the owner just provided 3 trash bags for our stay. The beach chairs were so rusty, we were afraid to stain our bathing suits. After 2 days, I wrote my concerns to the owner. I got a quick response but no action taken or compensation offered.

Nice place, great view, quiet

This property has a great view. We appreciated the elevators. Parking could get tricky in the busy season. Overall the place was average to good for quality inside. There water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen area, several items were broken /damaged near the tv consol area. There was a cord that was damaged. The toaster oven was broken, which was quickly replaced when we called the number provided. In the bunkbed room, there was a water bottle left. So we decided to strip all the beds and clean them ourselves. One of the chairs foot rest outside was damaged. The hurricane covers were not pushed back all the way so that obstructed some of the view, until we pushed them back ourselves. We had spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets. The beach was very nice and low key. I felt safe in the area overall. Overall, this condo needs some attention to details. It wont ruin your stay by any means though.

Beautiful views and very spacious comfortable home. The elevator is close to the entrance as well as covered parking. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available which was nice not to have to pack ourselves. The host replied quickly to our inquiry and was pleasant. We look forward to staying here again.

The view is awesome. This is the main reason we've chosen this place.The unit could use some attention, especially the kitchen. It's very poorly organized and lacking in some cooking tools. Also had trouble with the door lock - it worked, but took maximum effort each time we left.
