Beautiful and comfortable house with fireplace, barbecue, gallery, patio and garage

It is a very cozy house simple but comfortable and tasteful.
It has a living room with fireplace, with armchairs and a smart TV, which gives the possibility to enjoy a beautiful evening.
It has comfortable and bright spaces. With a large, practical and comfortable kitchen, with integrated dining room always looking for practicality.

All environments with abundant natural light. Rooms with good distribution and large windows that provide spaciousness stand out.

The house has a gallery overlooking the inner courtyard, with barbecue, grill and laundry. The inner courtyard is very beautiful with plants and natural grass.

It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from the City Center.
Immediate access to ring road and with excellent access to provincial and national routes.
