Wonderful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with sleeping for 8 which includes a secluded pool in the backyard, hot tub for relaxing after skiing, ideally located only minutes from Park City, Brighton, Snowbird, downtown Salt Lake City, and other major attractions. You simply cannot be more centrally located. Come for the skiing in the winter and the pool and relaxation during the summer. Home is ideally located off I-215 and I-15.

Great Skiing House!

We loved staying here! It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had fun playing ping pong. So close to the hills to ski every day!

Spacious Home with Amazing Amenities

The house was a perfect fit, accommodating all 8 of us comfortably. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the greater Salt Lake area. The ping-pong table, swimming pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our teenagers! A great location for family/friend gatherings!

Wonderful Escape for Team Building

Me and my staff of 7 had a great time team building at this wonderous haven. The pool and hot tub allowed us to relax while the beautiful comfort and practicality of the house allowed us to enjoy each others company. Jason did a great job making us feel at home and when needed he was always there. Definitely a great place for groups who want to experience a closer bond.

Utah Ski ‘Brocation’

A property listing with five bedrooms is hard to find. Location worked out well, close to the highways and the right part of town if you’re a skier. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone with a large group.

Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Everything was as advertised. Air conditioning worked GREAT!!! I did not need to contact Jason as he had everything in order. If ever in Utah i would recommend staying here.

Fantastic base area for skiing and SLC Fun

Home was the most well stocked we have stayed in! Loved all the small appliances and appreciated the coffee and spices left in the home to use. All paper goods and soaps/shampoos were provided. Jason was very responsive with any communication and meeting our needs for early check in. 30 min to the slopes and all the grocery and shopping options near by were a huge bonus.

Felt like home

Grandkis who came to visit enjoyed the pool that was well equipped with pool toys and floats. Patio well equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a BBQ. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating all types of meals. Coffee supplied for coffee maker. Plenty of towels for kitchen, bathrooms and pool. Jason was a great host to work with. We hope to come stay again in the future.

Great location with plenty of space for 6

March2025. We were able to enter the house (via garage) with ease. And then being able to use their remote control for the garage door meant we never used the front door. This was great for us. The house was clean and spacious. The outdoor hot tub was great after skiing. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and most everything we needed. The three full bathrooms were a plus. One minor take away, was the house is only zoned with one heating thermostat; thus the downstairs was colder than the upstairs. And if we bumped the temp up, then the upstairs was too warm.Jason was quick and pleasant to deal with via VRBO messaging.
