Heat tends to rise in townhomes, so we recommend keeping the thermostat at a lower setting.
This townhome is located in a complex of other townhomes on a busier road. With them being newly built, they are well insulated, and noise doesn't travel easily, but from time to time, you may hear someone in another unit if they are being very loud or a slight buzz from the busier street with cars driving by. The neighbor's patios are also very close, so if someone is outside on the patio, you may hear them slightly through the patio door. Again, it is still very well insulated and quiet, just making sure you're aware this is a complex.

You have access to the entire townhome. You have your two-car garage and shared gym/lounge for the complex. There is free street parking in front of the complex and around the park, too, if needed.

Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
