The Cliff Lodge is a nice place to stay. The property is under renovation and so noise and mess from that construction are a slight problem at present. They have also made the Spa area, Spa pool and Spa gym completely inaccessible except for if you pay a large fee which is sad because we have enjoyed using those facilities in the past. The family pool and hot tubs are very nice.

We loved the ski valet team and ski lockers and were very comfortable with the room and other amenities. The inlodge dining options were fabulous and many more were a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Snowbird!

Dream vacation

It was an amazing stay. Am excellent sk-in/ski-out location, convenient lockers, all ski services available, great food in all restaurants. Can't expect more.I'll try to be back as soon as i can

For the price I just expected more. Sink and shower didn't drain. Low water pressure from the shower head. Half the water came out of the bath spout. No conditioner came out of the dispenser. I had to take off the lid to get some out. That being said, service was great at the 1971 bar. There was one server that was amazing. She was on the floor and was able to get my CAL football game on the TV. She was great. Views were amazing. I would stay here again but hope some upgrades and/or renovations and maintenance happen.

Beautiful mountain views

Beautiful resort. The views are amazing. The staff is friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The only negative are the drains in the bathroom are slow and they back up.

We had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the rides and activities at the Snowbird Center. The hiking and tram ride to Hidden Peak at 11,000 ft was breathtaking! Fantastic property with friendly staff and excellent service. Five stars!

Love the accessibility to the slopes, hotel restaurants, ski lockers and overall feel of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I also appreciated the possibility of a late check out. The rooms are a bit dated and not as well maintained (sink was clogged in one room, toilet in another) and the pool advertised on the website is at an additional charge which felt a bit scammy… especially for the price of the room. Overall enjoyed the stay but few upgrades would make the experience better!

Property was nice quiet, clean rooms, great outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs. Very convenient for skiing as it has indoor lockers assigned to each room and is ski-in/ski-out. I wish the pool had some covered area that one can leave their towels in a dry place when it is snowing. What could be better is events in the hotel. It would have been nice to have something for New years Eve in the atrium open to all guests. The only new year Eve option was 21 in the Aerie Lounge (not family friendly). Also the food is on the expensive side (soups are $16, sandwiches $20 ) Otherwise I think it is the best option to stay in Snowbird

Awesome location! We valeted for $20 a day but a free lot was offered too. They were awesome and super helpful with holding our luggage a few times. We were able to check in early which we were grateful for! The atrium was great, but it was closed at 5pm one evening and one afternoon around 12. Super bummed about that. The hot tub was shut down one night but seemed to resume normal operations the next day. Seventy one was cool. Got the vibe they’re very understaffed—unfortunately the service/food time reflected this. But as a previous server, I totally get it so all good. Overall a great hotel! Not a ton of food/bar options in Snowbird but it’s a small town. If you’re here to ski, this is the spot. Book early, they fill up!
