Went to this location. The lady at the front desk seemed like i was bothering her when i came to check in. She had us on the 2nd floor. But the person i was with was in a wheelchair an their elevators were down. So we got a room on the main floor. The bed was made but had something white an crusty on the bed. The bench was dirty. An the toilet seat was stained. Was in the room maybe 10 mins became i was warming up my flat iron. So we proceed to check out told the front desk lady we needed to check out. She asked was something wrong i said the room was dirty she shrugged an said ok. And told me that we were checked out. I had to ask for my cash deposit back. I couldn't find the paper she gave me. At first i don't know if she would of have my money back had i not found it. Plus they did not refund my payment for 2 days

The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable which is always a plus. The shower water stayed consistent and strong, loved it! Their elevators were down not sure how long it had been down for but inconvenient if you have someone who needs assistance as you have no choice but to use the stairs. Plenty of parking space even if you are trailering. Will be staying here again in a few months.
