Separate entrance with keypad entrance, set up as a guest suite so you can enjoy your privacy. Living room features a working gas fireplace to cozy up to on those winter days. Extra full size bed can be set up in living room upon request. Guest laundry in unit! Homeowners live upstairs and are available for questions or necessities.
