It was honestly awful. I usually don’t even leave reviews let alone bad ones but this was bad. There was garbage all over the parking lot, grass area, and outside the room itself. There was unknown substances all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and other parts of the room. It’s in a pretty sketchy neighborhood but the guy dumpster diving as we drove to our room was pretty crazy to me. The TV didn’t work at all, and there black hair (my husband and I are redheads) on the counter next to the sink. When we tried to check out in the morning absolutely no one was at the service desk and when an employee did come in he completely ignored me and another lady who were at the desk. We got there late (12:00pm) and my husband was tired so we didn’t demand a refund and leave but I swear, I will never stay there again.
We booked two rooms and both of them were extremely dirty and smelly. We had to buy disinfectant wipes and Febreze. We wiped everything down and had to spray all the fabric before we brought in our things in. Staff was fine. Felt very unsafe at night time.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Rooms were okay as far as cleanliness, but the hotel and area were terrible. Very sketchy neighborhood and I felt somewhat unsafe just walking through. This hotel just allowed homeless people to walk through the lobby and we even had someone doing drugs in front of our room. I guess you get what you paid for
Front desk employees were slow to offer services; she frowned, "you'll have to give me a minute". She made her morning coffee, drank some, completed other tasks, and finally directed someone else, who'd been sitting there all along, to get a single towel. No washcloth... The entire operation took over 20 minutes.
Trash overflows from all outside bins. And a heavy population of drug addicts hanging around the parking lot, the driveway, the stairways...
Watch your back to stay at this ramada.

Cama cómodas, nevera a plus.
Sabanas manchadas y con insectos.
Bathroom was terrible. Horrible. The shower fixtures were completely loose and moving along side the wall which I'm sure they were supposed to be anchored to. I could even see past the hole in the wall into the lighted area behind the bathroom wall. The ceiling tiles were discolored and a state of disrepair. During the evening there were continuous activity outside our room which was noisy and unsettling. In the morning as we were leaving there were what I might describe as transients sitting just the walkway away from our door huddled beneath the stairs to second flight of rooms. NEVER going to stay in a Ramada again.
The property was in shambles. When I went to check out the staff was asleep on a bench.

Convenient but Place Needs Security and a Facelift
The staff was very nice but the hotel is very run down and it seems all the back rooms are empty and under renovation. As a result, there are a lot of shady characters looking to score who loiter in the back. The pool was empty and the courtyard was abandoned.
Never felt unsafe but this place has seen better days. I hope they can make a comeback cause the location is convenient and close to airport and downtown.
Overall not a great experience, loud road noise, people standing outside room talking loudly.
We did not get much sleep.
Went to speak to the manager and several people were all waiting to speak to someone and no one was available for over 45 minutes
From the pictures presented here it seems this is a nice place. HOWEVER, this is a DUMP. The pool has not been working for YEARS!

get what you pay for, maybe less
outdated rooms, but to be expected for the price, what was not expected was the dingy dirty reception area, talk about bad first impression. television had cable wire missing between TV and cable box but after long day of travel decided to just go to sleep anyway.next morning was no better. Stopped in for free continental breakfast, they had stall poppy seed mini muffins with fruit flies all over them, a waffle iron that was on but no waffle batter to be found. coffee was only thing that was okay.

There were Doritos crunched on the counter and floor and a dirty anime shirt on the floor when we arrived. The floor was also sticky :/
Dirty looking tiles in barhroom, holes in the sheets, curtains wouldn’t close all the way and it was just a creepy feel like a motel from a scary movie
Property needs an overall renovation. Room that was given to us was dirty, stained bed sheets, moldy bathrooms, dangerous neighborhood to walk around even by just going to the store across the street. It should be announced that this property is not under Ramada management.
Rude, unfriendly to people with disabilities, no wheelchair access, 2 loose dogs with reactive and biting behavior with no recall or any manners, lunged at my working assistance dog and cause me to have a medical episode.
Easily the worst hotel I have ever seen! The whole place smelled like cat piss. In the bed one had a shard of glass, and the other bed was covered in something sticky (use your imagination). There were many broken items. Nothing had been cleaned or wiped down. All around horrible. We arrived at 3 in the morning and chose to leave rather than stay there despite how tired we were
This property needs work and it looks like they are doing some remodeling as I noticed some rooms were gutted. After a long flight, I wanted a quiet night of rest. Not possible with loud neighbors that seemed to be awake all night long. Stomping above us throughout the night. People coming to the room next to us and standing outside our door speaking with raised voices, I couldn't sleep. The train is close by and that made things worse. The bed sheets were stained and flipped inside out. The carpets were stained and dirty. The wallpaper was torn and the smoke alarm was missing form the room. We left the hotel and after the second day. I should have left immediately. Don't recommend staying here.
