Nice hotel for business. Walkable to convention center, Delta Arena, restaurants, shopping..etc Staff was nice and gave good recommendations for food. Will be back !

We stayed there for 4 day's as VIP Platinums. The first night they put us in a room by the elevator on the 4th floor and electrical room. Bad Bunny was playing at the Delta so rooms were full. Kept us up all night. Had to be at a meeting early morning the next day. So I told the front desk about the chaotic noise, and never ending sound of the electrical room right next door. Asked them if they had an upgrade for us as VIP. They easily moved us to the 15th floor at the end of the hall away from all the noise for the other 3 day stay. Staff is exceptionally awesome, maids are awesome.

our place wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. wasn’t a huge issue but we were told that it would happen on the third day. also, we were told of the pool and jacuzzi locations but weren’t notified that it was broken. bought swim trunks just to go upstairs and be disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub. otherwise, the place was quiet and comfortable to sleep in. do wish there was a form of dining at the hotel though as everything was at least a 10-15 minute walk away

I also apologize that you weren't informed of the Copper Canyon restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner here in our lobby. This property is in a very centric area in downtown town. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. The property was under construction and you could hear a lot of noise in the middle of the night/early morning. Parking is not included. Breakfast not included but they have a good restaurant at the property.
