We had a good stay at this condo in Manchester. The space was clean and well-kept, making it comfortable for our time there. The only challenge was the location—it’s not the easiest spot to get around without a car. Overall, a nice place if you’re driving or don’t mind arranging transport.

Great house and great location

My daughter's and are were in SLC for a couple of days. This house is in a great location! The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

This was a cute little place ideal for my work needs. Right on 700 east it was a bit busy with traffic but it seemed to be chill at night. It was nice to be close to Liberty Park and an easy walk to restaurants in Trolley Square.

Perfect little house in SLC

This was a first class stay. The house is centrally located for downtown and close to everything. It is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean & Great Location

The property was as advertised! Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only a 30-40 min drive to ski slopes. A short trip to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We came to SLC for some medical care. This place was just what we needed. Close to University Hospital, clean, and quiet place to rest. The host was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Small and great location

Overall very easy location to college and downtown. Beds were comfortable. It is on a busy street that was a bit loud at night. But we were in waking distance to donut shop, Whole Foods and some restaurants. It was a nice stay.

This is the second time we booked this location. It is a wonderful place to stay and Vera was always quick to respond and extremely helpful and friendly. Love the area it’s in as well.

Great location

Close to everything, convenient. Clean and well appointed house. There is road noise, but it wasn’t bad. Host communication was perfect and she went out of her way to accommodate me when I booked the wrong dates. I would absolutely stay here again.

Walkable, Well-Equipped, and Responsive Host

Great stay! The house was super clean and well-kept, which made it feel really comfortable from the start. We loved how walkable the area was—Whole Foods, coffee shops, and restaurants were all nearby, and it was an easy drive or quick Lyft to downtown and the University. The space had everything we needed, including a solid work setup in the front room and great WiFi. The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. Definitely a great choice if you want something close to the city but quiet and homey.

Absolutely adore this property!! Everything you could possibly need for your stay was provided. Easy check in and check out process. Communication from property owner was excellent as well. One thing we did notice and wanted to bring to the owner’s attention-the floors weren’t clean. There wasn’t any noticeable debris, but the bottoms of our socks got very dirty which was a little concerning/uncomfortable. Everything else was spotless. Also the noise from the busy street next to the front bedroom made it a little difficult to sleep, but overall not too bad.

Vera was so kind and helpful getting us into the house earlier on check in day. Her communication was in a timely manner, and she was able to answer all our question the first time we asked them. Highly Recommend this Host and location.

Property was as advertised. Great location for walking to a park, a few restaurants, a doughnut shop, a shopping center and grocery! There is noise from the road inside the rental. It affects one bedroom the most but ear plugs help. Really great stay!

Beautiful Place

Beautiful place, and would definitely stay again. Clean, convenient, comfortable! My only complaint is that after 3 attempts at contacting this owner about our upcoming stay starting on the 14th, I gave up and never heard back. The communication to us about our stay, check-in process, check-out process was excellent, and probably automated, but to not receive a return email was a tad frustrating.

Nice place noisy road

The house was nice. Parking was not that good it was hard to manuver around in order to back in so had a easy exit onto main road. Noise wasnt bad during daytime but nighttime was a different story. Other than that stay was good.

Classy, clean and convenient!

Our son attends the University of Utah and lives in downtown SLC. This darling home was convenient, clean and perfect for us to stay and visit our son. Comfortable, stylish, cozy and clean is how I would describe it. The host was very accommodating and hospitable. Fresh filtered water was in the fridge for us which was such a kind surprise. We will definitely be back to stay here. Best VRBO in Salt Lake and we have tried a bunch. Thank you again!!

Good Stay

The home was updated and well allocated! When we arrived we found hair on and in dressers, an untidy sink, and a medicine bottle on the floor. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were both empty as well. Reached out to owner and she was very responsive. Parking was tight. If you drive more than a compact car just be prepared. We did have a quiet and primarily comfortable stay in spite of these challenges.
