This property was perfect for our family. We had space to spreadout and get comfortable. The house was clean, welcoming, and very peaceful. The host was available for any questions and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again.

Very clean, spacious nice property. It was a great location in Sandy. We weren’t there for Skiing, but for hiking. There were many hiking trails very close. We were 2 minutes away from a grocery store and close to other attractions as well. It was so nice to have 3 floors and 3 rooms. The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. Really nice kitchen and very well stocked. We stayed with our baby and the climate control and pack and play were great. The best thing was that it was like 2 blocks from a nice little park!

Ski Weekend Stay

Wonderful! Convenient location for skiing. Plenty of room for our whole family to hang out. Clean and well appointed amenities. Our “deer” friends showed up a couple times out the back windows.

We had a great stay at the house for a week while visiting family. The house was clean and had great amenities. The neighborhood seems very quiet and we even watched deer out the window on our last day! Hot tub is super nice to relax in. Host responds quickly and is very communicative. Fair warning to anyone who drives a full sized pickup(we had a Ram 2500), The neighborhood and driveway are a bit of a challenge. The roads in the neighborhood are narrow and the driveway is at the end of a road with not a lot of options for maneuvering. It's doable, just more work then we intended at the end of a 15 hour road trip. Don't let that deter you from staying here though, the house and stay is quite nice!

Excellent location, ammenities and manager!

This is a great location near to grocery, restaurants and the each of the main roads to hiking/outdoor activities. Loved the downstairs rec room complete with pool and fooseball! Manager/owner was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Good place for family

Not our first rodeo at this condo. Comfortable, clean, good space for family dinners and fun. Location perfect for access to canyons for all outdoor activities. Easy drive to Park City as well. Host is great.

Beautiful Home, Mahalo!

The property is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood, close to the park and shopping areas. Everything was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed several rounds of pool and foosball, too!

wonderful location and home

They location was perfect for visiting the mountains and going downtown. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 5 adults. The pool table was an added benefit. We will be back.

Ski trip stay

Place was great for a ski trip. Bus stop to Alta/snowbird about a 5-7 minute walk from front foot. Very convenient. House has everything you need and more. Hot tub a plus for after a long day on mountain. Host was great as well. Prompt communications with plenty of recommendations and advice for how best to get around town. Would stay again and def recommend.

Best location for Cottonwood canyons

Good property between Big & Little Cottonwood. Plenty of bedrooms. adjacent to neighborhood park, convenient to grocery. Best neighborhoood to stay.

Location is great and parking was easy at the property. Amenities like the pool table were awesome. Great standing desks and access to TVs. Not enough consumables like paper towels, and the kitchenware was not in the best shape. Bathrooms were also in pretty rough shape, like old/worn shower curtains that could be replaced and broken shower doors. The fans in the bathrooms also were not to be touched due to mold potential, but you couldn’t tell if they were turned on. Cleaners could do a bit of a tidier job putting away supplies, as we found various cleaning supplies littered throughout the house like it was wrapped up in haste.

Awesome 4th of July weekend

Mike was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze and we enjoyed our down time as we rested in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and we enjoyed the convenience of the grill as we celebrated the 4th of July!

Great stay, again

Our third stay in this unit. Location is great access to both Big and Little Cottonwood canyons for biking, hiking and skiing. The host is friendly and responsive, always looking out for us. Open kitchen and dining table perfect for hosting our adult children for dinner. Downstairs great recreation area. We will be back.

Utah Family Ski Trip

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed staying here for a week. It was the perfect location to all the ski resorts. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We enjoyed having a hot tub and the use of the pool table. Mike was easy to work with and very accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location for all activities

This is our second stay in this condo. We love the location to our daughters as well as the location for skiing, hiking, road and mountain biking. Hop on the belt (215) and SLC is at your fingertips. The condo is comfortable and well appointed for entertainment on the rainy days. Mike, the host, is responsive and accommodating. So reassuring to us as travelers.

Great spot, don’t count on the hot tub

Great location with all the amenities for our guys ski trip. The pool table was great and the rooms were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 and could have easily had more than that. However, we were disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable after the first day we got there. It seemed like the owner did not prepare it for our stay as we expected. Had we known this was an issue we would have booked elsewhere.

townhome near ski resorts

This townhome is tucked in a small neighborhood between entrances of two canyons and ski resorts, making the location convenient. However, being at the mountain edge meant shopping & restaurants were a bit further out. Communication with owner was easy. He came to pick up his Jeep in the garage during our stay, but messaged his arrival time beforehand. The townhome is spacious. We only used the microwave and oven, but there was a crock pot and coffee makers for your use. We didn't check for pots & pans. Kitchen countertops are different from photo. The pool table in the brightly lit basement provided a nice entertainment with a tv, and the ceilings weren't low. We did look for board games, like other rentals we've stayed at, but didn’t find any. One thing I did not like was the dark bedroom in front. You only have 3 little nightstand lamps that offered little light. The back bedroom has a ceiling fan/light, and was nice and bright. This part was a bit bothersome. There was clearly some major water damage that occurred. The entire kitchen ceiling was patched, 1/2 bath ceiling patched, basement ceiling patched, dining room ceiling patched and wall had water stain running down the wall and a hole punched out on top, and around light switches in various rooms were water stains running down. I don't know what happened previously, but for what we paid, I wish we were told about the condition of the property. We left the place spotless, just as we received it.
