Recently updated 3-bedroom rambler. 9 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, 30 minutes to Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts.

The updates include fresh paint, all new flooring (carpet, lvp wood, tile), new counter tops and all new kitchen appliances.

The house has a full kitchen, living room with a faux fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath.

We stayed at the property for a week while skiing and visiting friends. It was perfect. The location was great - under an hour from several ski areas and minutes from restaurants and shopping. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend the property.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Oversized fridge. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms. We came in from McKinney, Texas to visit family and found this place at short notice. Beautiful back deck. Great place!

Second Stay Here

This is my second stay here and everything was great. The property is very clean and beds were comfortable. And the location is hard to beat. Same as last year, my only suggestion would be to add a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway outside the bedrooms.

Great Location to Hike the Mountains

The house was very clean and everything worked. We wished it had a few more kitchen tools but we had no problems cooking our meals. The area is quiet and we felt very safe in the house. The bed is comfortable and had restful nights sleep. We would stay here again.

Nice home in Sandy

Easy to get to. Convenient to stores and gas stations. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Great hot water in the shower. Overall,we would stay there again.

Convenient Ranch Style Home

We were visiting family in Sandy. This location was perfect for us. Also, convenient to ski slopes, restaurants, and grocery store. Cheri is a very accommodating host and communicated extremely well. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location for skiing Little Cottonwood Canyon

This property is a great location for skiing at Alta and Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon. If you manager to miss the traffic, it's less than 20 minutes to Snowbird. The house is basic but comfortable and functional.

Great house and so close to the Sandy Expo Center

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable. It worked great for a us senior ladies with no stairs. The host was amazing and got back to my email questions quickly. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

I couldn't ask for better!

Everything was great! It was so much cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms. We got a kitchen, nice sized living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a nice sized yard and garage! It was perfect! I would love to stay here again!

Great, clean house close to canyons.

We enjoyed our stay at this home for our annual ski trip. It is real clean, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great for heading up both canyons while still being close to many restaurants. We will definitely keep this one on our short list for our next trip. My only suggestion would be to install a carbon monoxide detector outside of the bedrooms.

5 Star Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Sandy, UT, as we gathered to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and the coming together of two families. This home truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for such a special occasion. The property is beautiful, with great Mountain View’s. The beds were incredibly comfortable, helping us rest and recharge during a joyful but busy week. Communication with the host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and kind every step of the way. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything you could need—shopping, great food, or even a relaxing spa day. We’re so grateful to have found such a lovely space to make lasting memories!

Beautiful house and wonderful stay.

This might possibly be the cleanest house I've stayed in! It was great having so much room, and everything was so comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. These may sound simple, but I also loved all the extra touches: Zip-Loc bags in the kitchen (I'm always forgetting about leftovers), extra towels that you don't have to ask for, and the use of the garage (a big bonus!). This house was just wonderful and a great location. Cheri was really great to work with, too. We will definitely be booking this again next year.

A little gem

We had an enjoyable stay, the house had everything we needed! We loved the back patio in early mornings and had a cookout one day. The only thing about the patio is that there are loose boards and exposed nails that a couple of us got scratched on, but once the patio is fixed, the place deserves a perfect score! Cheri the host was open to communication and answered if we needed her and even stopped by to check on things.
