Minimalist retreat Tiny guest home.

  • Enjoy comfort and convenience in this thoughtfully designed 200 sq ft. tiny home. Located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, just 16 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from Intermountain Hospital, and close to major shopping, dining, hiking trails, and Jordan River Parkway Trail.
    This private space is attached to the main home but features a double-insulated wall for added sound and temperature control. It comes with its own heating, a washer/dryer unit, a private bathroom with a small Japanese soaking tub, a comfortable sofa bed, and a cozy loft area for additional space.
    Looking for great local food? The area is home to a variety of authentic and affordable restaurants—feel free to ask for recommendations!
