About this property

HotTub, Gym, Close to Everything

  • This is a Wonderful Full-Floor Basement Apartment of a large home w/ private entrance. You’ll love the large primary bedroom with walk-in closet, attached full bathroom and private computer work-station. There is also an additional room with bunk-adult sized queen bed & two additional beds.





    Full kitchen with all appliances and everything you need to feel right at home. Large dining table, washer/dryer, and additional half bath. And a classic sit-down arcade game.





    There is also a large hot tub and well-equipped gym for your private use. Both bedrooms have TV with internet so you can log in to your Netflix, HULU, YouTube, etc.





    We welcome your dog. There is a fee that the cleaners charge because of the extra cleaning needed, but we have a large fenced yard for them to play in. you are responsible for any damage and to pick up after them.

What a Gem

We were in town on business and found this location. it was amazing, plenty of floor space, comfie beds, couchs, and chairs. the hot tub was a big hit for people that work on their feet all day. very gracious and friendly host. we will definetly stay here agin should we return this way.
