Gorgeous Home, Deck Views & Sport Court
This is the entire main floor of a spacious and beautiful home in a charming & safe neighborhood. *PLEASE NOTE* There is a separate basement apartment with long term tenants: your space is ENTIRELY PRIVATE* Amazing views of the valley off the back deck. This home has lots of living space, a fully stocked, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The backyard with sportcourt is fun to play in! 24 minutes to Alta ski resort and 30 to Brighton. 22 minutes to downtown SLC. 26 minutes to airport.
The space
Clean and comfortable, you'll find it easy to rest and relax here. Fully stocked kitchen, basketballs provided for the lighted sport court, ROKU and FAST internet. The upper deck is yours alone, the lower back deck is the tenant's downstairs. You may hear noise occasionally, please respect quiet hours 11-7.
Guest access
The driveway is shared with long term tenant, please park on far right of driveway, closest to grass, or in front of home on the street.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome at the following rates: 1 pet, 1-5 days, flat rate of $50. 2-3 pets or more than 5 days, $50 additional fee.
